Drama Workshop (Diyarbakır)
Three days with facilitators Sumru Işık and Savaş Işık. Practices of self-expression, communication, and empathy through improvisation, role-playing, and group work.
The Drama Workshop was held on November 3-4-5, 2025, at MORDEM Sanat in Diyarbakır.

Days
- First day: introductory exercises based on body and voice awareness, games strengthening trust and group dynamics
- Second day: expanding the space of expression through role-playing, character work, and improvisation exercises that make different situations and relationships visible
- Third day: group scenes focusing on collective production, sharing, and evaluation
Goal
The workshop aimed to strengthen community awareness through the space opened by co-creation and solidarity, while supporting participants' creativity and power of expression. It was experienced together that drama is not only for the stage, but also an effective way to express oneself in daily life, strengthen communication, and foster mutual understanding.
