Platform's Main Features and Usage Tips

The platform adapts the familiar tools of a social network to the needs of civil society work. Here are the main sections.

Feed

The common wall of the network. You can share text, images, videos, and files. You can make your posts public or visible only to members. The Following tab shows only the posts of people you follow.

Members

The directory of the network. You can search by name, institution, or city, follow members, and send direct messages.

Groups

Workspaces based on topic or project. Each group has its own feed and discussions. There are three privacy levels: open, closed (participation approved), and secret (visible only to members).

Discussions

A forum for long-term topics. It is divided into categories, can be replied to, and the person who opened the topic can mark a reply as the best answer.

Information Center

The section you are currently reading: guides, frequently asked questions, and project information.

Messages

One-on-one and group chats. Files can be attached; read receipts are shown.

Tips

• The search box in the top bar searches members, posts, discussions, and groups together.
• You can switch to dark mode with the gear icon in the top right.
• If you select Add to Home Screen from the browser menu on your phone, the platform opens like an app.
• You can choose under which circumstances you will receive notifications in Settings → Notifications.
