Networking Meeting

A Networking Meeting within the scope of Stakeholder Engagement and Sustainability Activities was held on June 1, 2024, in Diyarbakır at the Mitannia Regency Hotel. The project team, project partners, and representatives from civil society organizations, universities, bar associations, municipal city councils, and the press from 11 project provinces, along with independent rights advocates, participated. The total number of participants was 50.

Program

The meeting opened with an icebreaker activity. Subsequently, the project objectives, expectations, and anticipated outcomes, along with the project's importance and areas of work within the framework of gender equality, were presented.

Following this, the activities to be carried out in each province were examined in detail, and questions from provincial representatives were answered. Participants formed working groups by dividing into round tables, generating partnerships and suggestions.

Conclusion

The meeting concluded with the aim of strengthening solidarity relations among stakeholders and paving the way for cooperation throughout the project duration. With the collective decision made at this gathering, the Sanatla Ağ social media account was established a few days later.
